We do give Refund for Damaged Products and exchange for Size Issues.
Size Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time size exchange if your t-shirt does not fit properly.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for a size exchange:
• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
Exchange Process
• Share clear photos of the product and your desired size with us at (theuseriousstudio@gmail.com) after raising return on website.
• Once approved, we will initiate the exchange process
Important Notes
• Exchanges are subject to size availability
• Only one exchange is allowed per order
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos for verification
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a suitable resolution.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if a replacement or exchange is not possible.
Refund Timeline
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Used or washed products
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Products damaged due to improper use or handling
