We make every t-shirt carefully, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

📏 Please Check Your Size Carefully

We currently do not offer exchanges or returns for size issues.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. We strongly recommend measuring your favourite t-shirt and comparing the measurements with our size chart before choosing your size.

Once an order is placed, we cannot change the size after dispatch.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your t-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Simply send us clear photos or a short video of the issue through:

Please make sure the issue is clearly visible in the photos/videos. We may ask for additional pictures if needed.

Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products where a replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and will be credited to your original payment method.

🚫 Not Eligible

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Size or fitting issues
• Change of mind
• Products that have been worn, washed, or used
• Products without their original tags
• Damage caused after delivery due to improper use or handling
• Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery

So before you order, please take a minute to check the size chart. It can save you from getting a t-shirt that doesn't fit the way you expected.
