Once an order is placed, we may not always be able to make changes to it. Please check your size, product details and delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain situations, such as a pricing error, stock issue, payment problem, or suspected misuse of the website.

All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless mentioned otherwise.

Prices may change from time to time. If there is an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel the affected order if necessary.

4. PAYMENTS

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are correct and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We do not store your card or banking details on our website.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We process and ship orders within the timelines mentioned on our website.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times can depend on the courier partner, your location, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure that the address, phone number and other delivery details you provide are correct. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer may not be our responsibility.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges because of size or fitting issues. Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send us clear photos or a short video showing the issue through email or WhatsApp. Once we verify the issue, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Products that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

7. OUR DESIGNS & CONTENT

The designs, graphics, photographs, logos, text, branding and other content on this website belong to The Unserious Studio unless stated otherwise.

Please don't copy, reproduce, modify, sell or use our content without our permission.
